Our standard withdrawal limits are 5,000 EUR per week and 10,000 EUR per month, or the equivalent; higher limits may apply for elevated VIP status at our discretion. Withdrawals of 10,000 EUR or more may be paid in instalments, and we apply enhanced due diligence checks above 2,000 EUR or when deposited funds have been wagered fewer than three times. A 10% processing fee applies to un-wagered deposits and when more than three withdrawal requests totalling under 1,000 EUR are made before processing.

We review and approve or deny withdrawal requests within two working days, and verification documents are checked within 72 hours. Once approved, payments are made within two working days, though arrival time depends on your chosen method; cryptocurrency payments are typically near-instant. If your payment takes longer than 10 days, we will inform you of the reason.
